By signing below, I acknowledge that I have received a copy of and read and understand the Blue Ridge Striper Tournament rules. I understand that each registrant participates at his/her own risk. I understand that neither the tournament administrators nor any tournament sponsors will be held liable for any accidents or injuries to contestants, spectators, or bystanders, and that tournament administrators and sponsors will not be responsible for any damage to property or bodily harm. My signature below constitutes a release of liability to the organizers of Blue Ridge Striper Tournament, any event sponsors, or tournament administrators for such accident, injury, or property damage contestants may be involved in. Youth participants’ parent or legal guardian must sign the release on their behalf.
As a participant in this competition, I pledge to uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and sportsmanship. I understand that any participants at any time (either currently registered during the tournament or pre/post tournament) found to falsify any provided information including but not limited to picture submissions will be banned from participating in the current and any/all future tournaments hosted by Blue Ridge Striper. I understand that any participants who display unsportsmanlike conduct or interfere with the participation of another angler in the competition will be immediately disqualified from the competition and banned from any/all future tournaments hosted by Blue Ridge Striper.
I give my consent for Blue Ridge Striper to publish/display my name, team members' names, and any pictures I may appear in during the tournament.
